Razaan Gems: Shipping Policy
At Razaan Gems, we're dedicated to getting your high-quality, directly sourced natural gemstones and Ethiopian Opals (both rough and cut) to you swiftly and securely, whether you're in India or across the globe.
Order Processing & Dispatch:
Fast Dispatch: In-stock items are shipped within 1 working day of your order date.
Working Days: We process and dispatch orders Monday through Saturday. No dispatches occur on Sundays or national holidays.
Out of Stock Items: If an item is not in stock or cannot be shipped within 1 working day, our client service team will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Custom Orders: Delivery times for custom orders vary based on complexity. Typically, custom orders require 10-12 working days for dispatch. Please contact us at razzangems04@gmail.com to confirm the estimated delivery time for your specific custom order.
Delivery & Tracking:
Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your order's journey.
Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt by a person at least 18 years of age.
Domestic Shipping (Within India):
Shipping Fees: Shipping is FREE for all orders across India.
Delivery Time: Orders are generally delivered within 4-5 working days.
* Note: Deliveries to metro cities may take less time.
Delivery Partners: Orders are sent via Standard Shipping with trusted partners like Delhivery and DTDC.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available throughout India for a fixed charge of INR 200/-.
International Shipping (Worldwide):
Shipping Fees: We are delighted to offer FREE International Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide!
Delivery Time (Standard): International Standard orders are generally delivered within 10-12 working days.
Express Shipping Option: For faster delivery, international buyers can choose Express Shipping for an additional USD 35. Orders shipped via Express are typically delivered within 3-5 working days.
Delivery Partners: International orders are sent via trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
Customs Duties & Taxes: Please Note: Duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are typically billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery or collection. We cannot advise the exact duty amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is not available for international shipments.
