Razaan Gems: Our 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy (Worldwide)

At Razaan Gems, your satisfaction with our high-quality, directly sourced natural gemstones and specialized Ethiopian Opals (both rough and cut) is paramount. We're proud to serve our global and domestic community, and your delight with your purchase is our priority.

Eligibility & Conditions for All Returns:

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

Returned item(s) must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. This includes all original packaging, invoices, certificates, and any additional materials sent with your shipment. Jewellery must not have been worn or altered.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please email us at razzangems04@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within the 30-day period.

Refunds & Store Credit:

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund.

The refund amount will be issued as Store Credit to your Razaan Gems account. This credit has no expiration date and can be used towards any future purchases on our website.

Domestic Returns (Within India):

Free Return Shipping: For all eligible returns within India, Razaan Gems will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

International Returns (Including USA & Other Countries):

Return Shipping Costs: For all international returns, the customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs back to Razaan Gems in India.

Customs Duties & Taxes: Any original customs duties, taxes, or fees paid by the customer to their local authorities are non-refundable by Razaan Gems. The customer is also responsible for any duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment to India.

Safe Return: We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for international returns, as Razaan Gems cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Policy (Global):

In the rare event you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us via email at razzangems04@gmail.com with clear pictures within 24 hours of delivery.

For these specific cases, Razaan Gems will arrange for return shipping at our cost or provide a suitable resolution (e.g., replacement or store credit) upon verification.
Exclusions:

Custom-Made Orders: All custom-made items are final sale and non-returnable/non-exchangeable, as they are uniquely created for you.

Our Right to Refuse:

Razaan Gems reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any return or exchange if the conditions outlined above are not met.
